Acrylic, also known as PMMA or acrylic, originates from the English word acrylic (acrylic plastic). The surface of acrylic finished products is covered with dust and oil stains. Before making acrylic products, the methods to solve bubbles are as follows: 1. Extend the drying time and appropriately increase the stability of the drying material. 2. Adjustments can be made by extending the holding time and reducing the taper of the gate. 3. When designing molds, efforts should be made to avoid excessively thick parts and significant differences in thickness on the plastic parts of acrylic products. 4. The flow channel should be shortened and thickened to eliminate dead corners of air storage in the channel and eliminate the problem of poor mold exhaust. 5. When using a fan-shaped gate, the cross-sectional area of the gate should not be too small, especially when forming several plastic parts with different shapes at the same time. It must be noted that the size of each gate is proportional to the weight of the plastic part.
